Important information for visa applicants!
Starting from November 1st, visa applicants need to make an appointment by telephone.If you do not have an appointment you cannot submit your visa request. There are only a limited number of appointments slots available per day. Please report at the security officer at least 5 minutes before your appointment.

Only applicants are allowed into the waiting room (including children, elderly or physically disabled people). Other accompanying persons have to wait outside. Smoking is prohibited in the building except for designated smoking areas.
