| Starting from 4 August 2008, the appointments for for visa applications will be made via this web site ONLY and not via the telephone as before. If you do not have an appointment you cannot submit your visa request. There are only a limited number of appointments slots available per day. Please report at the security officer at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Only applicants are allowed into the waiting room (including children, elderly or physically disabled people). Other accompanying persons have to wait outside. The Consular Section of the Netherlands Embassy in Belgrade is receiving applications from Monday until Friday from 09.00 until 11.00 hrs. Collecting passports and decisions are from 15.30 until 16.00 hrs. Inquiries by telephone are given through telephone number 011/2023.902, from Monday to Friday from 14.00 until 15.30 hrs. You can also send inquiries by e-mail:  bel-ca@minbuza.nl Note: Every applicant should bring all the documents on the day of application. Faxes sent to the Embassy are not accepted and will not be taken in consideration. Please, have your reference number at hand when you refer to your visa application. Only applicants can inquire. Information to the reference person or third parties will not be given, except to persons officially representing the applicant. |
